SELLING LIGHT SYSTEM

GREEN LIGHT-INDICATING SOUND-SOLD WITH A DRIVE.
Mechanically sound and a good car. No defects in engine, trans or rear
and on single mechanically defect which exceeds $400.00 to repair.

YELLOW LIGHT-INDICATING LISTEN USES CAUTION AND BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND
ANNOUNCEMENT
Sold with a drive subject
to the following conditions must be announced:
Visible
defects on current models such as defective windshields, any sheet metal work
or any repainting except minor refinishing or minor dents. For all models-Defects
in engine, transmission, or rear, and any single mechanical defect which exceeds
$400.00 to repair. Any vehicle with a state assigned V.I.N. Plate, no heater,
non standard motor, non standard transmission, altered or missing emission equipment,
and announce major exceptions to original or advertised production specifications
for items deleted or added. Non-Working A/C is not an arbitratable item.
Sellers
must announce from the block the following:
1.
If odometer is not working properly.
2. If
he has any knowledge that the mileage on vehicle is different than mileage on
odometer.

3. RED
LIGHT-INDICATING CAUTION-UNDERSTAND ANNOUNCEMENT
Vehicles
that meet any one of the following conditions are sold AS-IS and are
NOT subject to arbitration for ANY reason, except frame/unibody, title, odometer
discrepancies, and mandatory announcements (Section VI. Above) unless specifically
guaranteed by the Seller.
1. Any
vehicle announced AS-IS
2. Any
vehicle sold for $1500 or less
3. All vehicles
with more than 100,000 miles
4. Vehicles 10
years old or older
5. Recreational vehicles,
boats, buses, motorcycles, dune buggies, trailers, snowmobiles, jet skis, antiques,
and kit cars. These vehicles are also exempt from arbitration for frame/unibody
damage, mileage/hours, and year model.
6. Vehicles
pushed or towed through the auction lane
7.
All outside sales
8. Vehicles sold
for $500 or less are exempt from frame/unibody or any arbitration.

BLUE LIGHT-INDICATING NO TITLE PRESENT
Assignable title does not accompany vehicle.
1.
Seller has up to 30 calendar days for title to be received by
Auction.
(Sale day is Day 1).
2. Titles received after
30 calendar days are subject to a $50 late title
fee. All expenses to obtain the title will be charged to the Seller.
3. If the Buyer fails to receive a title within this time, the vehicle may be
returned providing that 1 business day notice has been given to the Arbitration
Department. Buyers must return the vehicle in like or better condition than when
purchased. If a valid negotiable title is presented within the 1 business day
notice period, the transaction will stand.
4. Seller will be responsible for transportation charges and all Auction
fees on vehicles returned because of late title.
5. After 30 calendar days the Auction reserves the right to void all
transactions if negotiable title is not received from the Seller. If,
after 90 calendar days, Seller has not produced negotiable title and
Buyer has not returned the vehicle, this title guarantee shall not
apply and Auction shall have no duty to produce the certificate of
title to Buyer.
6. Any vehicle that is on
a MSO must be announced.
BUYER
IS CAUTIONED NOT TO SELL, DRIVE EXCESSIVELY, DAMAGE, OR SPEND MONEY ON A VEHICLE
UNTIL TITLE IS RECEIVED.
Auction will not be
responsible for expenses incurred on a vehicle if title has not been received.
Sellers
will be responsible for reasonable transportation cost plus the buyers fee
on all lost deals from unannounced title attached sales.
